We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and hope that you will be very happy with your purchase from Jam Contemporary Art.
Purchases at The Jam Gallery
Unless faulty, purchases made at The Jam Gallery, 18 North Street, Ashburton, Devon, TQ13 7QD are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. Faulty products will be replaced or repaired, depending on the circumstances.
Online purchases
For purchases made on madebyjam.co.uk, you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it and in its original, unopened packaging. Bespoke commissions are not eligible to be returned.
To start a return, please email at hello@madebyjam.co.uk with your name, order number and your reason for wishing to return the item. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: The Jam Gallery, 18 North Street, Ashburton, Devon, TQ13 7QD – items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note:
- You, the customer, are responsible for posting and paying postage costs for any items returned, unless the item is agreed to have arrived damaged or not true to description – Jam will not be liable for returns that are lost in the post or lost for any other reason.
- We recommend that you keep proof of postage for any returned items as we cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without this.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- We aim to process refunds within 4 working days of receiving the returned item.
If your item arrives damaged
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days by emailing hello@madebyjam.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, sending photographic evidence.
